 A. Terms of delivery / delivery periods

All prices quoted are final prices, i.e. they include all price components, including the statutory value added tax (VAT). Shipping prices for all third countries (countries that do not belong to the EU and are supplied VAT-free - marked with **) are net prices excluding VAT. Any additional delivery and shipping costs can be found in the following list of shipping costs. 

With the exception of self-collection, goods are delivered by post and to the delivery address specified by the customer during order processing. Within Germany, we deliver by DHL or DPD or another provider of our choice, provided the goods can be sent by parcel post. Forwarding deliveries are made with BTG, DB Schenker or another provider of our choice.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is specified on the respective offer page/product details page. Deliveries outside Germany usually have a longer delivery time. For exact delivery times for deliveries outside Germany, please contact us at info@alfa-onlineshop.de. In particular, deliveries to countries outside Europe with a forwarding agent may have a significantly longer delivery time (even several weeks).

The delivery time to European countries is usually 5 to 15 working days after receipt of payment. 

B. Shipping costs

1. Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge shipping costs per order and, if selected when ordering, shipping service surcharges in the following amount:

* Standard delivery: Free domicile (parcel service) or kerbside (freight forwarder)

** In countries that are not members of the EU, additional import sales tax, customs clearance fees and customs duties may apply for EU goods that do not qualify for preferential treatment. The shipping prices quoted in these countries are net prices excluding statutory German VAT.


4. Other countries - World

* Standard delivery: Free domicile (parcel service) or kerbside (freight forwarder)

C. Self-collection

We do not charge shipping costs for self-collection. If the customer chooses to collect the goods himself, we will first inform him by email that the goods he has ordered are ready for collection. They can then collect the goods by making an appointment by email (info@alfa-onlineshop.de) at the following address:
