General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed at consumers and entrepreneurs.

Customers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are both consumers and entrepreneurs (hereinafter "customer"). Consumers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are natural persons who enter into legal transactions for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the Terms and Conditions are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the contract with the Dealer.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Fritz Wenger Classics GmbH.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you submit a binding offer for the products contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent.

We will accept your offer within two days by

• submitting a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or

• if applicable, the payment transaction is carried out by our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The time of execution of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see under "Payment").

The relevant alternative for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.

We dispatch the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of ordering shall apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our shop.

Cash payment on collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash on collection.

Credit card
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

PayPal can offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, further payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; other individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information on this can be found in your PayPal account.

6. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Fritz Wenger Classics GmbH, Thierhaupter Straße 6, 86692 Münster, Germany, info@alfa-onlineshop.de, telephone: +498276/589413) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, which can normally be returned by post. We shall bear the costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by post due to their nature. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
